Morse Workspace
// the whole suite, your infrastructureDocuments, files, team sites, mail, chat, voice and video calls, and an AI assistant: everything a team needs to work together, as one suite, under one sign-in, on infrastructure you control. A credible alternative to Microsoft 365 for organisations that can't, or won't, put their working day in someone else's cloud. No US cloud dependency, no telemetry, nothing to phone home.
The productivity suite is the deepest dependency most organisations have. It's also the one they've thought about least.
Morse Workspace is the whole working day (files, documents, intranet, mail, chat, calls, AI), built to run in your own environment, under your own rules, with no vendor holding the keys.
Every part is a Morse product you can also take on its own. Together they share one identity and one admin surface.
The whole working day, in one place
Not a bundle of unrelated tools with a shared login page. One suite, one directory, one admin surface. Each piece stands up on its own if that's all you need.
Documents, files & whiteboards
- Real-time co-editing of Word, Excel and PowerPoint files, in the browser
- The formats your organisation already has, so no conversion and no migration project
- A drive for everything else, with libraries, metadata and permissions
- A whiteboard for diagrams, sketches and the things a document can't hold
- Nothing to install on the desktop, and nothing to set up per machine
Team sites & intranetSharePoint-shaped
- A site per team, project or department, with pages, news and quick links
- Hub sites that gather related sites under one parent
- Document libraries with your own columns: text, number, date, choice, yes/no, link
- News and announcements, drafted, scheduled and published
Mail, calendar & chat
- Webmail with calendar and contacts, on open standards, synced to any device
- End-to-end encrypted mail that works with people outside your organisation
- Protective markings on mail, including UK government classifications
- Encrypted team chat with voice and video, federated to partner organisations only where you allow it
Find it, and get it approved
- One search across everything: files, sites, news, libraries and people
- It reads inside your documents: PDFs and Word files are searched on their contents, not their filenames
- Typo-tolerant, and scoped to your tenant so results never cross an organisation boundary
- Approval workflows: send something for review, track it through the steps, see what's still open
Sovereign because of how it's built
Not a European wrapper around an American cloud. The whole suite runs on your infrastructure, and the isolation between organisations is enforced in the database, not promised in a contract.
One organisation cannot see anotherCore strength
- Every tenant gets its own identity realm, its own users, its own chat server
- Isolation is enforced in the database itself, not just in application code
- Open protocols cross domains: a security gateway can only pass what it can inspect, which is why proprietary formats never leave the domain they start in
- We test it by trying to break it: a check that proves a cross-tenant read fails
- Belt and braces, because "our code always filters correctly" is not a security model
Your directory, your sign-in
- Single sign-on across the whole suite: one login, every app
- Backed by your existing directory, so accounts follow joiners and leavers
- Per-organisation realms, so one tenant's admin cannot touch another's
- Global admin and identity portals for the people who run it
Yours to leave with
- Add people because the work needs them, with no vendor sitting between you and your team
- Open formats and open standards throughout, so your data stays portable
- Built on open standards and foundations we control, not a black box we resell
- If you leave, you leave with everything, in formats other tools can read
Run it where the rules say
- On-premises, in your cloud, or fully managed by us
- Sovereign by design, no telemetry, nothing reported back to a vendor
- Containers and your own orchestration; a Kubernetes path where you need scale
- Whitelabelled: your brand throughout, not ours
What your people actually open
Four apps behind one launcher and one sign-in. Each is a Morse product in its own right; together they're the suite.
One identity across all four. Take the whole suite, take any part of it on its own, or slot ours in beside the tools you already run. Keep your existing chat and video platform and use the rest, if that's the shape that fits.
Where it's going
A working suite today, hardening toward the compliance bar regulated buyers set. What's shipped is on the left; we mark the rest as intent, not inventory.
Now
- Real-time co-editing of Word, Excel and PowerPoint in the browser
- A whiteboard for diagrams and sketching
- Team sites and hub sites, with libraries, custom columns and news
- Approval workflows and forms
- Search across the suite, reading inside documents, scoped per tenant
- Mail, calendar and contacts with encryption and protective markings
- Encrypted chat with voice and video, federated between organisations
- Per-tenant isolation enforced in the database, with SSO from your directory
- Admin and identity portals for running it
In progress
- Audit logging across the suite
- File version history: see what changed, and go back
- Shareable links for people outside the organisation, with passwords and expiry
- Deeper document indexing, so presentations and spreadsheets are searched on their contents too
The working day, on your terms.
or fully managed.
No vendor cloud. No lock-in.
